Andrew commenced his professional life as an officer in the Australian Army after graduating from the Royal Military College, Duntroon. Initially qualifying as a civil engineer, he completed a range of project management, construction and development roles with the Army in Australia, United Kingdom and Papua New Guinea before moving to the private sector.
He has since undertaken a range of commercial, general management and Chief Executive Officer roles specialising in strategic planning, post-acquisition business transitions, operations management, resort construction and property development, tourism and hospitality operations, commercial & residential property leasing and human resource / management.
Andrew is highly regarded for his analytical approach to resolving complex issues and places great emphasis on the benefits of involving all levels of a business and its stakeholders to properly identify and implement business improvements.
