Andrew Dick’s career has been very simple! - he has essentially worked for two agricultural companies. However, the work has involved multiple projects, multiple parties and been multi-national and multi-dimensional. He has helped connect many types of businesses (from large to small) over a 25 year career in business. His journey from Scotland to Australia, culminated in his leading the development of a major network of fruit companies from inception where over 15 years he helped to link all parts of the supply chain from the nursery to the retailer.
Andrew’s experience has included the following:
• Strategic and operational planning and management
• Board and project reporting including financial & performance accountability
• Staff and project partner recruitment & management
• Business development and on-going customer liaison
• Project and business scoping, initiation, development, co-ordination and delivery
• Network development and stakeholder communication, including workshop and conference facilitation and organisation
