Catherine Reynolds is an experienced executive who has performed roles as COO, CFO, CIO, CMO, strategic market development and sales. She started her professional career in 1986 as an undergraduate in a top tier Chartered Accounting firm where she specialised in systems audit. After moving into industry in 1992 she transitioned to business process re-engineering and change management for both privately owned and publicly listed companies. Overall, she spent 8 years driving transformational projects from the CFO/Senior Finance Manager seat.
She spent the last 10 years in the IT Industry in roles requiring strong skills in strategy development, market development and implementation of various transformation, post–acquisition integration and start up projects. She has significant experience in software and solutions across most platform technologies. She has developed and executed sales and channel strategies, working closely with clients to align business requirements to technology.
In the past 5 years she has worked exclusively in the online sector with emerging technologies designed to deliver the 1:1 customer experience whilst meeting organisational efficiency outcomes for Telecommunication, Financial Services, Media and Government clients.
