David has had extensive general management experience together with management of large groups of sales people in the financial services industry. In his role as head of RetireInvest he interacted daily with small business owners (franchisees) to assist them achieve their business outcomes. This assistance included staff selection, marketing, business planning, recruiting, prospecting, staff management.
David is a well respected business consultant in the financial services sector and has trained many sales and service people in the art of networking, referral gathering, asking the right questions, value added selling as well as understanding the real customer needs.
