Initially entering the teaching profession, Gayle moved into investment banking where she held senior management positions with some of the world's largest investment banks.
In 1995 she was appointed the first female CEO of an ASX corporate member. Her area of expertise has been in successfully growing businesses into multi million operations, from start up positions. In all cases this was achieved by creating a client relationship focus culture among her people.
