Glenn Mansfield successfully owned, operated and sold several small businesses before working in the mining and fabrication sectors as a metallurgical engineer. After gaining his MBA in the mid 1980's Glenn specialised in development and strategy within the Food and Beverage sector before moving into senior management roles in the telecommunications sector during its deregulation. Recognising commercial opportunities and developing innovative and successful transactions has seen him used extensively in the technology, venture capital, agricultural, manufacturing, automotive and finance industries.
In recent years he has served as a director on several small and medium company boards. His exposure to medium to small business sector together with his turnaround experience has reinforced his belief of the importance of robust processes, systems and people management for securing long term profit delivery and growth.
