Hon-Yan has held senior management roles with in a number of family owned businesses as well as large Multi National Companies. His business experience covers a wide spectrum of business sectors which includes the Capital Equipment Market, Industrial Product, Construction Materials, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Automotive Products and Chemicals.
He has worked extensively in overseas in the fast emerging economies in the Middle East, Indian Sub-Continent, ASEAN and the North Asian markets, in particular China and Japan.
His extensive experience in setting up and managing operations of all sizes in the region has given him a good insight into the many challenges associated with managing businesses. His hands on approached in working with business owners and corporate entities to establish clear strategies followed by the implementation and execution of them is highly valued by all those that have worked with him.
