The most important asset in a business is the people however without the right plan, tools and processes the business will be good but never great."




After graduating with accounting qualifications in 1981, Howard worked for several years in Accounting roles in the Textiles sector. He moved into Management accounting roles with companies varying in turnover from $1m to $250 m including Air conditioning, Foodservice and a Health care Association.

In 1985 he moved into the Oil industry and worked with rural based fuel distributors, administrated Retail pricing in the Sydney Metropolitan area and began working in the M&A area with the acquisition of an major NSW LPG Distributor. After a two year period in Pharmaceuticals integrating the acquisition of a Medical Diagnostics business, Howard moved to the packaging Industry and held various Senior Commercial and then General Manager roles which included product and business development, acquisitions and divestments, plant rationalization and profit improvement programmes.

Howard has extensive experience in identification of capital investment opportunities, exposure to FMCG companies and Export markets with particular strengths in entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, Implementation and formulation of Strategic plans and Business Growth.
