Klaus Hahn's professional life spans across four continents and has led him to appreciate cross cultural diversity. The experiences during this time taught him how to successfully manage teams with varying backgrounds and how to excel in direct customer relations with different characters and nationalities. Klaus enjoys key client interaction and building customer alliances in order to return superior bottom line results.
As part of management and board structures Klaus Hahn was responsible for the development of several business units and entities, some from their infancy. He developed vision, strategy and long term business plans, and then implemented those plans over a number of years. Equally, Klaus experience includes turn around, post merger integration and process improvement. He held positions in the automotive, wholesale, engineering, construction and food production industries.
