Mark’s formative experience was gained in sales, sales management and general management before expanding into professional team development. He has extensive experience working with a cross-section of industries including manufacturing, insurance, chemicals, hospitality, heavy equipment, medical, retail, information technology, banking and finance, consumer goods, legal and accounting sectors. In addition to Australia, he has worked with clients in Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Korea, India and the Philippines.

Mark specialises in working with clients to strategically develop the results people generate, particularly in the sales, service and leadership areas. He has designed and delivered solutions in a wide range of areas including leadership and management development programs, management strategies facilitation, tender strategies, communication skills, presentations skills, customer service, goal setting, time management, interpersonal skills, sales skills, sales management, business and sales psychology. He has worked with clients to realise improvements across a broad range of situations, from the simple through to highly complex, sophisticated, professional environments.

Mark is experienced at working with senior levels to coach, guide and support them in driving and communicating organisational change, transferring and implementing learning to the workplace and mastering advanced skills.

He is an internationally certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy, and holds certification in Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, DiSC, MSCEIT emotional intelligence test, TMS Team roles instrument, iWAM attitude and motivation inventory, SPQ Gold call reluctance instrument and is an accredited administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Mark is down-to-earth, flexible, and able to address issues with diplomacy and sensitivity. He has highly developed training and facilitation skills, and understands how to use experiential, generative and accelerated learning principles to create a relaxed environment where learning is maximised and easily transferred to the workplace.
