Noel has held senior Commercial and General Management positions in a range of industries mainly within manufacturing, packaging and engineering sectors. His experience includes strategy development, project management, application of technology systems and continuous improvement. He has also had responsibility for driving integrated systems into manufacturing environments.
Noel focused on commercial negotiation and human resource management before joining the service sector. He then gained practical expertise in the unquestionable value of people in a competitive environment.
