Vic began his career in the packaging industry suppling household name FMCG companies. In the UK he founded ADEPT which became the largest and most successful Packaging - Marketing consultancy in Europe with offices in London and Hamburg.
On his return to Australia Vic returned to corporate life initially as General Manager for one of the worlds best known Japanese consumer electronic companies. He achieved success by diversifying the product range of the Australian subsidiary while at the same time revitalising the marketing and sales strategy of the company. Leaving consumer electronics, Vic became, VP, Asia Pacific for the (then) world's largest stationery company. Vic negotiated a joint ventures in China and India as well developing the South East Asian Markets.
Vic joined Harvey Norman gaining valuable retail experience bringing under performing stores into Harvey Norman's 'Top 10'.
Vic's variety of roles over many industries and having dealt with many national traits and cultural differences has given him valuable experience in growing businesses and profits.
