VALUE has to be experienced to be believed. As a relationship based firm, nem looks at all the reasons why we should not engage with a client or referral source to ensure we can add demonstrated VALUE.

nem cannot risk engagement if demonstrated VALUE is unable to be derived from our involvement. As a result nem filters all introducers at the earliest possible stage. We do this with a VALUE Meeting which must show nem that:

How Do You Know If nem Can Add VALUE

We start with a VALUE Meeting:

    - it is clearly visible that we can learn from each other
    - we can agree the expectations of both parties are realistic
    - improvement can be leveraged from existing resources and activities
    - the positioning of the business can be understood
    - there is mutual respect and nem is not required to sell its services

If all of the above are satisfied, only then will we consider engagement!
