Careers at nem
Interested in becoming a Partner?
The people who ultimately become part of nem do so because they want to be part of a substantial business and network - an opportunity to apply hard-won commercial experience to help businesses achieve their goals, while working with like minded professionals in nem's collegiate atmosphere.
The inclusive structure of the business means that you are an equity owner in the business, while enjoying the flexibility associated with running your own business.
We both want to make sure you are right for nem and nem is right for you. We expect all prospective Partners to make informed and considered decisions that gives nem the opportunity to get to know you along the way.
The easiest way to achieve this is to have an initial phone conversation with one of the founding directors. During this conversation we'll want to know if you have had experience either directly in consulting or as a user of these services.
We will explain how we see the consulting market operating and share some of our experiences including the types of clients we interact with and how you can be reliably referred to them. Hopefully from this you will get an understanding of how to engage with referrers and if this type of work might be right for you.
We will explain the business model in some detail but the real discussion is better suited to a sit down chat in one of our offices. We will ask you to complete a Confidentiality Deed so we can have an open and honest discussion and share more commercially sensitive details.
